Meet the Shareholders
PRESIDENT
Patti Ondrish
BS, CPA
Patti joined the firm in September of 1997, after receiving her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Colorado, Denver. She became shareholder in 2004 and president in 2010. Patti has extensive experience in complex accounting and partnership taxation issues, particularly in the oil and gas and energy industries.

VICE PRESIDENT
Frank Ondrish
BBA, CPA
Frank has over 45 years of experience in both corporate and public accounting spanning a wide variety of industries. Areas of expertise include tax planning and research as well as income tax accounting (ASC 740).
Frank attended Kent State University where he earned a BBA in Accounting and a BBA in Computer Science. He joined O&A in 2009 and became a shareholder in 2010.

Tracy Meyer
BS, CPA
Tracy received her degree from University of Colorado Boulder. She joined Ondrish & Associates in 1999 and became a shareholder in 2015. She has 25 years of experience and specializes in financial statement preparation.

Leanne Quinn
MBA, BSB, CPA
Since 1985 Leanne has worked in accounting, financial reporting and tax compliance. She is also a QuickBooks Advanced Pro Advisor. Leanne graduated from Emporia State University and went on to University of Phoenix for her MBA. She is licensed in Colorado and Kansas. Leanne joined Ondrish & Associates in 2007 and became a shareholder in 2022.

Becky Bates
BS, CPA
Becky is a Certified Public Accountant with broad experience in accounting and financial reporting, tax compliance & analysis, and tax research across a variety of industries. She holds dual bachelor’s degrees in accounting and Spanish from Colorado State University, where she was a member of Delta Sigma Pi Professional Fraternity. Becky has been a part of the practice at Ondrish & Associates since 2012 and became a shareholder in 2022.
